Developing your own teaching – in tandem as PraxisDuo
The ZLL offers you a framework to deal with your ideas for the further development of your teaching together with other lecturers for a semester. Or to exchange ideas with someone who is facing the same challenges – be it the switch to online teaching or the integration of challenge-based learning. You determine the topic and depth of the topic. A mutual collegial observation with a tandem partner of your choice will give you an insight into the events of other teachers.
The PraxisDuo has the following components:
The participants get to know each other and present their concerns. The method of peer observation and counseling is introduced. If not already done, the tandems find each other and plan their cooperation.
For the winter semester 20/21, the start is expected to take place in the second week of October and as an online event.
Mutual visits by the tandem partners take place in the courses. These are prepared by defining a focus of observation and a feedback mode. After the teaching visits, the tandem meets to share their observations.
For the winter semester 20/21, December 2020 is the best time.
The supervision offers space to exchange experiences during the observation sessions and to clarify questions.
Résumé of the courses and their further development with all tandems: What worked well? What are the other challenges? What ideas do the participants have? Cozy end.

Interest? Then we look forward to an email from you.
Three to four tandems each form a closed peer group.
Upon request, we will be happy to issue you with a certificate of attendance.
