In order to provide targeted support for current developments in studies and teaching, two funding lines have been in place since May 2017: Funding programme 1 (teaching innovation projects at module level) and funding programme 2 (projects for the further development of degree programmes). Before the application is submitted, a compulsory working meeting is held in both funding lines in which a teaching innovation concept is jointly developed.

| Within this funding programme, applications for the innovation of modules can be submitted. Applications can be submitted twice a year. Authorisation is usually granted in July and January. The funding covers the financing of a research assistant for three months (100% position, E-13), in well-founded cases for up to six months. Before the application is submitted, a working meeting is held in which an event concept is jointly developed. | Within this funding programme, you can apply as a programme director for the analysis and further development of a degree programme. Applications can be submitted once a year. Funding covers the financing of academic staff for a total of up to 12 months (100% position, E-13) as well as, if necessary, the financing of an internal conference for the teaching staff of the programme. The application is submitted by the head of the programme with the consent of other module supervisors. |

Application procedure and procedure for BOTH funding programmes
Before an application is submitted, a compulsory working meeting is held in both funding programmes in which a teaching innovation concept or course development concept is jointly developed. After the working meeting you will receive a documentation of the joint concept planning for your application and the link for uploading the application.
