Vice President Research Prof. Dr. Ing. Irina Smirnova presented the certificates to the graduates of the qualification program I³ProTeachING. In her welcoming speech at the 4th closing event, she emphasized the added value of the program also for the development of leadership skills.

What is ...
I³ProTeachING is the flexible, teaching-related further qualification program of the TU Hamburg. The program was initiated by the Executive Board in 2019 to maintain the quality of teaching and to promote student learning. For this purpose, employees of the academic mid-level staff are trained in 60 hours in a maximum of two years in an individual, networking, demand-oriented, evidence-based and practical way. The program consists of an initial talk, workshops, accompanying modules (reflection, observation, practical project) and the final event. It is realized by the Center for Teaching and Learning in cooperation with the Graduate Academy.
